As a service provider, Retention Dude acts as a data processor for its clients. Clients bear the primary responsibility for ensuring that the data they provide complies with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.

Clients must confirm that all data used for lead reactivation, including homeowner data, has been obtained legally and with proper consent where required.

Retention Dude takes reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of data processed on behalf of clients. However, clients are ultimately responsible for the data they choose to process using our service.

Clients should ensure that their use of Retention Dude’s services, including the initiation of lead reactivation campaigns, is covered under their own GDPR and data protection policies.

In providing our service, Retention Dude may create sub-accounts or similar entities within GHL or other platforms, which are considered extensions of the client's own data management systems.

Liability Limitation

Retention Dude is not liable for any breaches of data protection laws or regulations by clients. Clients are responsible for their own compliance and for ensuring that their use of Retention Dude's services aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and permissions for the transfer and processing of data. Clients must ensure that their use of the data, including for lead reactivation campaigns, is legally compliant.
