Our first SMS is crafted to re-establish contact in a personal and non-intrusive way. It typically reads:
“It’s [ANDROID NAME] from [COMPANY NAME] here. Is this the same [CONTACT NAME] that got a [PRODUCT] quote from us in [MONTH]?”
So for an example contact named Grover:
ANDROID NAME - Jessie. Name of android, can also be name of salesperson who will handle the followup call.
COMPANY NAME - FinalExpense4U. Name of company this SMS is being sent for.
NAME - Grover. This is a dynamic field which pulls the name of the prospect in from your CRM..
PRODUCT - Final Expense Insurance. This is the product/service this lead has previously opted in for.
MONTH - July. This is the actual month they opted in/received a quote. .
The SMS Grover would receive is:
“It’s Jessie from FinalExpense4U here. Is this the same Grover that got a Final Expense Insurance quote from us in July?”
This message is designed to jog the recipient’s memory and open the door for further communication.
