Use of Our Data Processing Services: Responsibilities and Compliance By using our data processing services, you, the Client, acknowledge and agree to your role as the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As the Data Controller, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable GDPR provisions, including but not limited to: Establishing a lawful basis for the processing of personal data. Managing consent from data subjects where required. Conducting necessary assessments such as Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs).

Upholding the data protection rights of individuals. Ensuring transparency in data processing activities.

As the Provider of this tool, we act as a Data Processor. We will process personal data exclusively on your instructions and will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Our mutual obligations regarding the processing of personal data will be outlined in a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which complements this policy. By utilizing our services, you affirm that you have the authority to do so under GDPR and that you will adhere to all your responsibilities as the Data Controller.
